 Return/ Exchange Policy

  • Defects / Wrong item Only: We will accept exchange only if your gear arrives defective or wrong. We do NOT offer refunds/ returns/ exchange for size issues or change of mind.

  • Please let us know within 3 days after you receive the parcel by contacting: _____;please return the defective items to us by SF within 7 days

  • Defective items must be unused beyond testing, with tags and original packaging included.

  • same rules apply to overseas order. You are responsible for return shipping and any costumes fees to get it back to us (Tips: check your gear when it arrives as international returns take long, so dont wait~)

How to request a Return/ Exchange?

  1. Contact us: send email to ___with your order number, a photo of the defect and a brief note within 3 days of delivery

  2. get approval : we will review and send a return authorization within 3 business day , dont ship until we say go

  3. send it back : ship to…..by SF. You cover return shipping unless we sent the wrong item

  4. resolution : Once we receive and inspect it (usually within 5-7 days) , we will send you a replacement
